My last journal entry here at deviantART was written about 3.5 years ago. I'll have you know, whoever the hell you are, I did make use of that blank canvas. I wasn't creative though. I painted the Steelers' logo for my boyfriend at the time. I was going to ship it to his family in Pennsylvania to get it autographed, but we broke up and it's now collecting dust in my den.

Let's see... what's happened during this time? I graduated from community college! Yay. And last month I graduated from "big" college with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I majored in Anthropology and English. School has basically been my life these past 5 years. Personal stuff has happened that turned my life upside-down, but I don't feel like sharing.

So, what's next? Therapy for the personal stuff and grad school.

What am I doing now? Basically, I'm playing a lot of EverQuest II. As far as my art goes, I finally got a scanner. Also, last summer, I got Photoshop CS3, and I started learning how to use it with the help of a friend. I've started several pieces using tutorials, but I quit mid-project.

Maybe one day I'll get one finished. I've also taken loads of photographs that I think are super awesome. Maybe I'll put those on here one day, too. I'm always hesitant to share my work because others on here are so talented, and deviantART has become just one more place where I feel mediocre.
